Terms of Service

1. The Service

VentaIQ is a CRM for sales teams that lets a business manage WhatsApp and other messaging conversations, leads, follow-ups, products, and reports, with optional AI-assisted replies and automation. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business that signs up.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping login credentials secure, and for everything done under your workspace.
• Workspace admins decide which teammates get access and with which roles. Tell us promptly at support@ventaiq.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Connecting WhatsApp and other Meta products

When you connect a WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, or ad account to VentaIQ, you authorise us to access it through Meta's APIs on your behalf, only to provide the Service to you. You remain the owner of those assets and can disconnect them at any time.

Your use of WhatsApp through VentaIQ is also subject to Meta's terms, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Meta may charge your business for conversations or messages according to its pricing; those charges are separate from VentaIQ's fees unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• message people who have not opted in to hear from your business, or keep messaging people who have asked you to stop;
• send spam, misleading content, or anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing;
• sell or promote goods and services that Meta's Commerce Policy or Indian law prohibits;
• collect sensitive data (such as payment card numbers or government ID numbers) over chat in ways that break applicable law or Meta policy;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other customers' data.

We may suspend a workspace that puts the Service, other customers, or a connected WhatsApp number at risk, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

5. Your data

You own the data you and your customers put into VentaIQ. You give us permission to host, process, and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and message the contacts you store in VentaIQ.

6. AI features

AI-generated replies, summaries, and suggestions can be wrong. You decide which AI features are switched on and remain responsible for messages sent from your business, including messages the AI sends automatically under rules you configure. Review the AI's settings and outputs regularly.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed at signup or in your order. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). If payment is overdue, we may limit the workspace after giving notice.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party services the Service depends on — including Meta's APIs — may change or become unavailable, which can affect features.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms. After closure, we delete workspace data as described in our Data Deletion page.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date; for material changes we will also notify workspace admins. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
