Data Deletion Instructions

1. Disconnect VentaIQ from your Meta assets

You can remove VentaIQ's access at any time, in either place:

• Meta Business Settings — go to business.facebook.com/settings → Integrations → Connected apps, select VentaIQ, and remove it.
• Your Facebook account — go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (Business integrations), find VentaIQ, and click Remove.

Once access is removed, we can no longer read or send messages for that account, and we delete the stored access tokens.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email privacy@ventaiq.in with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

• your business name and the email or phone number used on VentaIQ;
• the WhatsApp number, Facebook Page, or Instagram account the request is about, if any;
• whether you want the whole workspace deleted or only specific contacts or data.

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and may ask you to verify that you control the account before we act.

3. What we delete and when

• Within 30 daysof a confirmed request we delete, from our active systems, the workspace's conversations and media, contacts and leads, CRM records, uploaded files, connected-account tokens, and user accounts.
• Within 90 days those records also expire from our backups.
• We may keep a minimal record that the request was completed, and invoices or other records we must keep under Indian tax or other law, for as long as that law requires.

We will email you once the deletion is complete.

4. If you are a customer of a business using VentaIQ

If you chatted with a business that uses VentaIQ, that business controls your conversation data. Please ask that business to delete it; you can also email us at privacy@ventaiq.in with the business name and your phone number, and we will pass the request on and help the business complete it.
